        In recent years, the average annual growth rate of patent applications in China's photovoltaic industry has reached 23.1%, and the quality of patents has also been continuously improving. Among them, Chinese enterprises have led the world in the photovoltaic conversion rate of solar cells.

       Several photovoltaic companies from China are continuously setting new highs in their respective technological routes. In December 2023, Longi Green Energy broke the world record for the efficiency of single crystal silicon solar cells with a battery conversion efficiency of 27.09%. Since 2012, the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of mass-produced solar cells has increased by more than 60%, but the cost has been reduced by half. In many places, the cost of generating one kilowatt hour of electricity is only ten cents.

        Nowadays, some new energy vehicle companies have begun to develop technology that combines skylights with photovoltaic power generation to power the power system inside the vehicle; Transforming the glass curtain wall of the building into a solar powered system, as well as patented technologies such as photovoltaic sand control, photovoltaic sheep farming, and photovoltaic fish farming.
